Your job is to show up with your group. We handle the rest — blankets, boards, florals, tableware, and setup — before your first guest arrives.

Food spread, florals, blanket sets, tableware, palette, and add-ons. You approve the plan; we lock the date.

Weekend spring and summer dates fill 4–6 weeks out. Send an inquiry as soon as you have a guest count and rough date — even if the venue is not confirmed yet.
Our standard celebration picnic scales up to 100 guests. Going larger? We accommodate bigger groups by request — mention your headcount in the inquiry and we'll quote a custom setup with the additional blankets, spreads, and on-site staff to match.
We discuss weather contingency at booking — including backup dates, covered venue options, or tent add-ons depending on your location. Los Angeles weather is usually in your favor, but we plan for it regardless.
Yes. Florals pair especially well with picnic setups — the Blooms team can co-design the color palette so the arrangement and the food spread feel cohesive. Balloons and custom signage are also available as add-ons.
Yes — full setup before your guests arrive and full teardown after. You give us a pickup time and we coordinate around your event window. The location access and any park permits are confirmed at inquiry.
Absolutely — some clients use a picnic setup for the reception cocktail hour and a grazing table inside for the main event. Mention it in your inquiry and we can quote both together.
