The table looked like something out of a hospitality magazine. Our board guests commented on it before we even sat down.

Executive Assistant, Technology Company

I've used three catering vendors for our annual offsite. This is the first time I didn't have a single email from an attendee asking what something was or complaining about a dietary issue.

Office Manager, Professional Services Firm

The setup was done before our first guest arrived, and teardown was completely hands-off. It made my job look easy — which is exactly the point.

Before you commit

Common questionsanswered.

Corporate event planners and executive assistants ask these most often. If your question isn't here, include it in your inquiry.

Start a planning inquiry

Plan for 4–6 weeks minimum. Holiday periods (November–January) and spring event season (March–May) book 8–10 weeks ahead. Send your inquiry as soon as your date is confirmed — we cannot hold dates without a signed proposal.

Yes. Our planning process collects a full dietary matrix — gluten-free, dairy-free, nut allergies, vegan, halal, and custom restrictions. For events over 50 guests, we recommend submitting dietary data at least 2 weeks before the event date.

Yes. We issue formal itemized invoices. Payment is accepted via company card, ACH, and wire transfer. Net-30 terms are available for pre-approved accounts. Mention this in your inquiry and we will include payment options in the proposal.

Yes. For events where confidentiality is required — product launches, pre-announcement milestones, executive strategy sessions — we can sign an NDA before any briefing conversation. Note this in your inquiry message.

Rescheduling within the same calendar quarter is typically possible if notified 3+ weeks out. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the event forfeit the deposit. Full policy terms are included in every proposal before signing.

Yes. Several of our corporate clients book on a quarterly or monthly basis. Repeat clients receive priority date access and a streamlined planning process after the first event. Mention your expected cadence in the inquiry form.
